Ideal for sensory input, upper and lower body strengthening, balance and stabilization exercises. Each set contains six color-coded weights: tan 1.1 lb. (.5kg);yellow 2.2 lb. (1.0kg); red 3.3 lb. (1.5kg); green 4.4 lb. (2.0kg); blue 5.5 lb. (2.5kg); and black 6.6 lb. (3.0kg) plus an instruction manual. PVC shell with steel and polypropylene pellets. Contains no latex.
